The Culinary Institute of America has been setting the standard for excellence in

CIA students benefit from an extraordinary culinary learning environment, featuring 41 kitchens and
bakeshops; five student-staffed, award-winning public restaurants; two culinary demonstration theaters; a
72,000-volume library; a wireless network; and much more. More than 90 percent of CIA students receive
financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants, loans, and Federal Work-study.
