Founded in 1873, Shorter College is a private, liberal arts college with a legacy of
academic excellence and a dynamic Christian heritage. The Shorter College, School of Professional Programs,
allows working adults to complete a college degree while continuing to work full-time. Students attend just
one class per week at times that fit their schedule. Classes are taught by practitioner faculty and are kept
small to ensure a lively interactive learning experience.
