Harris School is to understand and influence public
policies by conducting policy-relevant research and preparing talented
individuals to become leaders and agents of social change. Established
in 1988, the Harris School emerged from an interdepartmental Committee
on Public Policy Studies.
Harris has a strong distinctive Christian
character in which faith is taken seriously, collective worship is very good
and provision for Religious Education is good. Particular praise was given
for the very good relationships between all members of the school community
and between the school, its Foundation parishes and the wider community.
